We will have a table and will talk to visitors about the USCT recruiting efforts that occured in Baltimore & the USCT regiments that were raised. Frederick Douglass was responsible for helping lobby the government for the right to fight and Douglass’s own two sons were in the 54th Massachusetts Volunteers. Steve Cole aka Frederick Douglass Reenactor will be with us as well.
